The forest fire in the eastern region of Moscow, Ryazan, got out of control, after the fire spread to 20 thousand acres, a state of emergency has been imposed in the region.
According to the news agency, the administration has urged the citizens of Moscow to wear masks to protect themselves from the smog and burning smell created by forest fires.
Authorities say people should limit outdoor activities and use as much water as possible to neutralize the effects of smog caused by the fires.
The news agency says that visibility is also affected by the smoke generated due to the fire.
