Six objections were raised on the nomination papers of Chairman PTI.
In the judgment, the details of the said assets are inconsistent with the records presented. Imran Khan could not satisfy even with Form B. Hide Toshkhana and details related to children.
The candidate also did not reveal the details of being a trustee. NADRA verified Imran Khan's thumb but the signature did not match.
On this occasion, PTI leaders Farrukh Habib and Faizullah Kamuka rejected the Election Commission's decision as biased. The PTI leadership termed the returning officer as a PML-I worker and questioned how the nomination papers were accepted in other 8 constituencies and rejected here on the same details.
