Pakistan cricket team fast bowler Muhammad Wasim Jr. has been ruled out of the T20 Asia Cup due to a side strain injury.

Mohammad Wasim Jr underwent an MRI scan in Dubai after he felt pain in his back during a practice session on Thursday.

After reviewing the MRI scan report, the PCB medical panel decided to repatriate him.

Fast bowler Hasan Ali has been included in the Pakistan squad as a replacement for Mohammad Wasim Jr.

Hasan Ali will join the national squad by arriving in Dubai on the first available flight.
