The UAE and the United States discussed cooperation in military and defense matters

Officials from the United Arab Emirates and the United States met on Friday to explore ways to further enhance military ties.
According to the official WAM news agency, the Commander of the UAE Navy, Rear Admiral Sheikh Saeed bin Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, welcomed the Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command, Vice Admiral Brad Cooper, and his delegation.
 In the meeting, the development of relations related to all sectors, especially military and defense matters, was discussed.

Appreciate the friendly relations and willingness to promote them in various fields

During the meeting, Rear Admiral Sheikh Saeed bin Hamdan welcomed the American delegation and appreciated the excellent friendly relations between the two friendly countries and their desire to promote them in various fields.
Aspects of promoting cooperation between the UAE and the US in the military and defense sectors were also reviewed in the meeting to ensure bilateral coordination.
