Islamabad high court ordered Imran Khan to submit his reply within in seven days

Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Athar Minullah has ordered Imran Khan to submit his reply within seven days in the contempt of court case. The court has appointed senior jurist Makhdoom Ali Khan, Munir A. Malik, and a representative of the Pakistan Bar Council as judicial assistants in the contempt of court case against Imran Khan.

The court has directed Imran Khan's lawyer to read three decisions of the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Athar Minullah said to read the judgments of Daniyal Aziz, Nihal Hashmi, and Talal Chaudhry.

The Chief Justice told former Prime Minister Imran Khan that whatever you have to write, write it carefully. You should also estimate the seriousness of this matter.

The Chief Justice said that we are being accused that the judiciary is at the 130th rank. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that the proceedings of the contempt court could have ended today, but because of this answer, it did not. Justice Mian Gul Hasan said that you have been given another chance to file your reply. You think about it. The court has adjourned the hearing of the case till September 8.
