High-level flood in Nowshera, Taunsa, and Chashma district.

According to the NDMA, the agency for dealing with natural disasters, during the next 24 hours, there may be a high level of flooding in the Kabul River at Nowshera and the Indus River at Taunsa and Chashma.

The Meteorological Department has said that during the next 24 hours, the weather will remain hot and humid in Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan, while the forecast will remain partly cloudy in some areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The flow of water in the Swat river has reduced and the flood is moderate.

According to the authorities, people from Nowshera, Pabi, and Charsadda have been shifted to safe places in view of the threat of flood.
