The new medical board established for the treatment of Shahbaz Gul was again changed. PIMS General Surgeon Dr. Tariq Abdullah joined the Medical Board. Dr. Atif Inam Shami left the board due to clinical engagements. A 4-member medical board was formed yesterday for the treatment of Shahbaz Gul.
The police inquiry into the allegations of violence against Shahbaz Gul has been completed. Four leaders of Tehreek-e-Insaf appeared before the committee. Alleged photos were also given by Fawad Chaudhry, Raja Khurram, Ali Awan, and Usman Dar. The committee has prepared a report on the statements of leaders including Dr. The report will be presented in the Islamabad High Court tomorrow.
On the other hand, Shahbaz Gul admitted to Pims Hospital has started a hunger strike. According to sources, Shahbaz Gul has stopped eating and drinking in protest.
