Former provincial minister of Tehreek-e-Insaf and member of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Sultan Muhammad Khan has joined Awami National Party. Sultan Muhammad Khan announced his joining ANP during a function along with Awami National Party provincial president Amil Wali Khan in Charsadda on Saturday. He said 'I officially announce my joining Awami National Party today.' Joining ANP was the desire of my family elders, we are not joining any party but going back to our home.
He further said that 'Imran Khan was removed through the democratic process, now he is missing the Prime Minister's House.' Sultan Muhammad Khan said that 'Awami National Party's provincial president Amil Wali Khan is a leader of the youth.' On this occasion, Amil Wali Khan said, "I welcome Sultan Muhammad Khan and his family for joining ANP." He criticized the Election Commission's decision to postpone the by-elections and said that it is not right to postpone the elections here.
"All are ready for the by-elections, the allies should have asked us about it first."
