Pakistan fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi has been advised to rest for another four to six weeks due to injury.
According to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PCB's Medical Advisory Committee has given this opinion after seeing the reports of Shaheen Shah Afridi on Saturday.
This means Shaheen Afridi has been ruled out of the ECT20 Asia Cup and the home series against England but is expected to return for the tri-nation series with New Zealand in October. After the tri-nation series, the ICC T20 World Cup will be held in Australia.
