Muslim League-N has filed an official petition against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan in the Charity Commission of Great Britain.

The petition said that funds were collected in the name of donations by lying to people in the UK and fraudulently used by Imran Khan for his political purposes.

Pakistan Muslim League (N) UK president Chaudhry Ansar Mehmood has said in a request to the Chairman of the Charity Commission that 'as British citizens, we are concerned and hesitant about the news which states that in the name of charity. The collected money was used for political purposes.'

According to the petition, the report clearly shows the connection between Woton Cricket Limited and Imran Khan's political party, PTI. In Oxfordshire, Arif Naqvi organized an event to collect donations, which was officially advertised to the public.

The petition states that tickets were sold for between 2,000 and 2,500 pounds. According to the bank statements of Wootton Cricket Limited, 2.12 million pounds were sent to PTI in three installments in 2013 out of the money raised. Out of which a huge amount of 1.3 million pounds was sent from Abraaj Group to PTI, which is Arif Naqvi's private company.

According to the petition, this money was sent to Imran Khan's PTI for political purposes. Arif Naqvi's Woton Cricket Limited was funded by companies and individuals.

Chaudhry Ansar Mehmood has said in his petition that 'We believe that Abraaj Group and its head Arif Naqvi, who is facing a fraud case, arranged all these funds to help a political party, while from the public. It was said that these donations will be spent on the poor and the weakest sections.

The legal wing of PML-N UK is of the view that Wootton Cricket Limited is registered in KM Island. Arif Naqvi was arrested in the UK in April 2019 and was granted a record £15 million bail by a London court and is currently under house arrest.   Abraaj Group and Arif Naqvi are also being investigated in Dubai. who is involved in fraud in America?     These allegations have been leveled by none other than Abraaj's investors. Arif Naqvi embezzled $230 million in the 'Healthcare' (public health) fund.

It has been stated in the application that 'Dubai Financial Services Authority fined 315 million dollars to the institutions associated with Abraaj and the United Arab Emirates sentenced Arif Naqvi to3 years in prison for financial fraud.

 The Dubai Financial Services Authority held Arif Naqvi personally responsibly.

Along with the application, a copy of the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan has also been sent to the Chairman of the British Charity Commission.
