Dollar expensive for the fifth day

On the last day of the business week in Pakistan, the rupee continued to depreciate against the dollar.
According to the interbank exchange report released by the State Bank of Pakistan on Friday, the value of the US dollar increased by 1.25 rupees to 220.66 rupees.
The rupee depreciated by more than six rupees against the dollar during the business week ending Friday
In the interbank market on August 26, the Saudi riyal was 58.75, UAE dirham 60.07, Kuwaiti dinar 716.68, Omani riyal 573.13, and Bahraini dinar 585.34.
In the interbank market, the value of the British pound was Rs 260.11 and the value of the Euro was Rs 220.04.
In the open market on Friday, the buying price of the US dollar was 228 and the selling price was 230 rupees.
The buying price of the Saudi riyal was 60.4 and the selling price was 61, the buying price of the Emirati dirham was 62.5 and the selling price was 63 rupees, the buying price of the British pound was 267.6 and the selling price was 270.5 rupees.
